CMB is offered with flute heights of 20, 30, or 45 thousands of an inch to allow the packaging to be designed with the appropriate level of strength needed for the product. These flute profiles can be combined with a variety of graphics-oriented substrates to match the graphics needs of the final product. Because of its small caliper, CMB can be printed on offset presses like those used in the folding carton industry. The larger microboard products can be printed in many high-graphics corrugated plants or in some folding carton plants.
