The standard kraft corrugated box is durable, versatile and is a staple for all types of packaging applications. Georgia-Pacific can design, test and manufacture almost any type of corrugated packaging including single-, double-, and triple-wall boxes in any size, strength and style required to ship your product.

Mottled White & Bleached Boxes
Mottled white and bleached boxes are excellent packaging options when 1- to 4-color graphics are required. Direct printing at GP packaging plants offers you a cost effective and flexible alternative when compared to other preprint methods. These packaging solutions are often used for beverage and produce boxes.

Bulk Containers
Georgia-Pacific manufactures a variety of bulk packaging for industrial and agricultural applications. Our heavy duty containers are custom designed to meet our customers' most rigid shipping and storage requirements. We manufacture bulk bins for thermoplastic resins and compounds, automotive parts, synthetic rubber, chemicals, produce, food products, other dry flowable materials, and stampings and forgings. In the bulk area, we have expanded our bulk offerings working in partnership with David S. Smith Packaging of London.

Moisture-Resistant Packaging
GP offers you several packaging options when moisture resistance is critical. Several GP plants are equipped with cascaders that apply a moisture-resistant wax coating after printing or application of preprinted linerboard. GP also offers Lamilux® film barrier board, a patented process where a technically advanced film is laminated to the corrugated package. Applications for moisture-resistant packaging include fresh produce, poultry packaging and dry and frozen food products.

Color-Box®
Color-Box means that we have nationwide capabilities for E, F and B flute litho-laminated packaging. Ideal for point-of-sale packaging, litho-laminate offers creative marketing opportunities for merchandising products with up to 6-color printing. The Color-Box lamination technology combined with high-speed precision die-cutting, scoring and gluing provides customers with an efficient, dependable source of supply for high-impact graphic containers. Color-Box combines state-of-the-art printing with the strength and versatility of corrugated.

Reusable Plastic Containers
As a packaging solutions provider, Georgia-Pacific gives customers the opportunity to choose reusable plastic containers (RPCs) for their shipping and display needs. GP RPCs, available in two versatile depths, are designed to comply with the 40cm X 60cm (16"x24") standard footprint, which is increasingly being used for fresh produce packaging. Our RPCs can be stacked with GP standard-compliant corrugated, offering customers more flexibility in their packaging options.

Sheets
Whether you are producing industrial packaging, retail packaging or point-of-purchase displays, we have the corrugated sheet to meet your needs. GP offers the widest variety of flute sizes and combinations in the industry. In response to customer needs, GP now offers more graphics-oriented papers and smaller flutes to provide the best possible printing surfaces. Additionally, GP produces preprinted sheets, colored liners and litho-laminated sheets. Fiberlite®, the lightweight alternative to solid chipboard, is an ideal product for furniture backing panels, drawer bottoms and book covers.
