Surfactants

Many of the pine-based chemicals of GP Chemicals are used as surfactants, particularly in cleaners and soaps. They also have use in cosmetics and beauty products. These bio-based materials reduce surface tension between oil and water. They enable cleaners by loosening and suspending soil, making it more easily washed away. Amber-colored XTOL® products are low rosin tall oil fatty acids (TOFA) that provide a quality and reliable solution for these applications.
