Clay Coated Cup Sidewall Stock (for PE Coating)
Our clay coated cup grades, manufactured at our Crossett, Arkansas facility are the solution for the combined graphic and physical requirements of premium ice cream or soup containers. It is double clay coated (CIS) for printability and whiteness, yet offers the strength and seal ability to withstand the cup or canister forming process.
Polyethylene (PE) extrusion coating is available on one or two sides to serve in a wide variety of applications.
Uncoated Bottom Stock (for PE Coating)
Uncoated bottom stock is especially designed for all cup bottom applications. The flexibility and conformity of our stock provides superior formability, producing excellent quality cups. These grades are generally purchased with a PE coating for seal ability in the cup forming process.
Uncoated Cup Sidewall Stock (for PE Coating)
The CPC cold cup stock series provides improved finished cup rigidity, allowing a reduction in product weight to be achieved in most cases. These grades can be designed specifically for your tooling caliper requirements.
The CPH hot cup stock series is specifically designed to meet hot drink cup product requirements. It provides excellent coffee edgewick holdout and an excellent print surface.
These grades are generally purchased with a PE coating to provide a heat sealing medium in the cup forming process and to provide a liquid barrier.
